Yoga Wellness Coaching

Yoga wellness coaching encompasses several different types of yoga tools to provide guidance and work towards self-improvement for the individual.  Yoga wellness coaching is developed as part of the student-teacher relationship and designed at empowering the student. 

Tools used in Yoga Wellness Coaching include:

  • Asana - Individualized Yoga Practice (a breath-centered asana practice)
  • Pranayama - Breathing practices
  • Meditation & Visualization
  • Tapping - Faster EFT 
  • Bhavana Work - A process of visualizing a positive, concrete, specific image. This visualization will serve as a pattern from which our futures will emerge.
